The major changes are the 1 Ghz processor, the ATI mobility Radeon 9000, 60 gig hard drive, and the superdrive for DVD burning on the top model. And it's still light. Awesome! I have always thought that the superdrive for DVD burning (and iDVD) was the thing that was missing in an otherwise "perfect" notebook.

Unfortunately, the driver of a Mobility Radeon 9000 seams to treat the texture as YUY2 though, so the appearance of the colors is not correct. If I just copy YUY2 samples to the UYVY texture, all works fine. Other of up-to-date ATI Radeon, Mobiltiy Radeon, NVidia GeForce do not have any problems with this.
